77% Increase in YoY comparison vs September (2024 vs 2025). Though ROAS ended at around 2.5, trajectory of efficiency is also upwards
An average growth on Overall sales for the product of around 20% vs last year were observed during my tenure. The sales were driven by different efforts that we are doing both on Advertising and continuous listing optimization.
On advertising, by shifting priority targets and placements and experimenting on new markets and competitors, we manage to resolve the issue of plateauing sales and unresponsive market. At the 2nd month of our cooperation (Feb-March) we manage to double our Ad sales. while only increasing spend by 20% and also increasing ROAS from 2.72 to 4.2

Summary:
For this specific niche, we implemented single keyword campaigns to make sure we control bids granularly and maximize visibility of the product. We leveraged the niche's cheap CPC and the brand's good price to make sure we enter the market effectively
Result:
I managed to increase ad sales of the assigned ASIN by 326% by the first month and another 55.3% by the 2nd month.

Summary:
During my visit in China with a former colleague, we manage to sign-up a service for a brand whose production and base is located in the country. The main challenge for them is to be able to compete within the niche since they've been advertising for months with no sales.
Result:
Was able to sell the new product by the 1st month and basically clean out existing stock by end of cooperation
With basically no sales from prior months for the specific product group, I manage to increase week over week to a peak of around $6k. By end of cooperation, they lost control of the production and unfortunately have to end agreement.
